LFC at The Windmill, SW2, this Monday 14th: VARIOUS CRUELTIES, TERROR BIRD (CA) & BONES

We at Laissez Faire Club have had a great start to 2011, and in the spirit of continuing to bring you the best new bands from across the globe, we’re returning to one of our favourite venues, The Windmill in Brixton, for a special four band bill THIS Monday the 14th.

All the acts come with a guarantee of being massive in around six months time – and are probably well on the way as we speak. If you want to be in the loop NOW, get this in your diary and grab a ticket below, for less than the price of a daily travel card.

LIVE:

Brand new London four piece who’ve recently shared stages with Villagers, Mumford And Sons and The Vaccines. They play ‘shabby Motown pop’ that’s been compared to early Arctic Monkeys. Catch them now before the whole world goes potty over them.

A husband and wife duo from Vancouver, who play dark and arresting synth-led pop music. Their track ‘Shadows In The Hall’ featured on Rough Trade Shops’ recent ‘Synth Wave 10′ compilation. Tonight, they’ll be supporting a couple of recent releases (on Night School and Verulamium) on the latest leg of their European tour.

Bones are a new and exciting punky three piece recalling bands like The Runaways and Nirvana. They’ve already played with Tribes and at Koko (see clip below), having only been around for a few months.
